  • Knee or hip pain changes how you walk or climb stairs

What changes by the end

What you will be able to do.

  • Steadier descents. Control step-downs and downhill strides without your knees taking every hit.
  • Stronger climbs. Drive through your hips on steep grades and long switchbacks.
  • Better balance. Handle rocks, roots and uneven footing with more confidence.
  • A plan to keep. A short maintenance routine for the rest of the season.

Curriculum and details

What is inside the module.

Weeks 1-2: Foundation and control

Baseline tests, hip and ankle mobility, slow step-downs and split squats to build control.

Weeks 3-4: Strength and capacity

Loaded step-ups, single-leg work and longer sets that mirror sustained climbing.

Weeks 5-6: Trail-ready

Balance under fatigue, downhill-specific drills, a retest and your maintenance plan.

Sample outline. Final lesson list will be confirmed before launch.
